Documentation of the Plug-In Mechanism

For those who are just beginning to write extensions for Poseidon for UML, the Getting Started section provides a general overview as to how the plug-in mechanism works. Don't miss the Hints page - our developers have accumulated their tips here.

More experienced Poseidon plug-in authors will find all of the technical documents they require split among three categories:

  • APIs - including the API to UML 1.4
  • UML - all of the related UML specifications and DTDs
