    Poseidon 3.0

    The xmi format used to save the model is unchanged in 3.0. However the project settings are now saved in xml format instead of Java properties files.

    So yes, it is possible to work with a project in 3.0, then switch back to 2.x, but you will lose the project settings (as seen in the settings tab): Export the project in xmi (be sure to select the checkbox "with diagram data") and load the xmi in 2.x.

    Poseidon 3.1

    The xmi format has changed in Poseidon 3.1, so it is not possible to open a Poseidon 3.1 project with Poseidon 3.0 or earlier.

    Poseidon 3.2

    The xmi format has changed in Poseidon 3.2, so it is not possible to open a Poseidon 3.2 project with Poseidon 3.1 or earlier.
