  1. My Community Edition license has expired. Now what do I do?

    First, check the SSH settings. Open the Settings dialog from the Edit menu and have a look at the Enterprise tab. The FTP Username and Password must match the account used to run the Enterprise Server. Next, make sure licenses are available. Open the License Manager from the Help menu and select the Concurrent License tab. Make sure that the server and port are correct. Click the 'Connect' button to verify the connection to the server. Finally, select 'Connect to Server' from the Enterprise menu. Again, verify that the hostname is correct. Your username is used to identify you in the Collaboration, this should have no effect on your ability to connect to the server. Now you should be good to go.
