Request Serial   Note

When you purchased your Gentleware products, you received an e-mail containing a serial number for each product.

If you have lost or deleted the mail with your serial number, you can retrieve it by sending an email to support@gentleware.com. Please be sure to include the e-mail address that you used when ordering your product.

If you need to make a fresh install of the software, you need to register again using this serial number. The same holds true if you make configuration changes that render your current final key invalid (e.g. changing your local host name).


This page is for customers who have already purchased or subscribed to Poseidon for UML or Apollo for Eclipse and have lost their serial number.
